Baltimore has now had 343 homicides in 2017, sets record for killings per capita

There's still a couple days to go in 2017, so they may be able to add to that number yet.

Well the inhabitants of the city vote the same people in year after year.

The same with Chicago, Atlanta, etc..

Heck, I have been following my homytown of Cols OH. I see they have set a record for homicides.

My parents and friends who still live and work in Columbus told me five years ago Columbus was getting worse and I believe them.
