Never heard of the band "Restricted Access".

And "Must Have Sign-In Authorization" isn't a very catchy song title...

I'd give it a 70. I like the lyrics but it's hard to dance to. (If you don't understand the reference, look up Dick Clark's American Bandstand).

Since the subject of songs in commercials has come up. What is the song in the background in the Target commercials that are currently playing? I'd like to hear the whole thing.

Nope, not the one. I looked on YouTube and found it. It's catchy in small doses but beyond that, it's annoying.
