I tend to agree up to a certain point, but how can this be done?

Edit to add. Upon thinking about this a little more what are the laws on stalking? I don't think this information has been published in the public domain. Seems to me someone had to follow these kids around multiple times to collect this information. If that's not stalking I don't know what is.

The problem is that the laws are irrelevant if those whose job it is to enforce those laws (woke DAs come to mind) refuse to do so.

You can blame the Republican legislators for things like this. They don’t want to make too many waves. Don’t show any backbone that might bring press heat. Mustn’t risk negative press and popularity poll results. Make statements like “That’s outrageous” but do nothing.

Don’t risk losing the celebrity status and treatment, bj’s from power groupies, kickbacks, stealth business partnerships, eternal retirement benefits, free stuff and ego strokes in other forms.

Just go along to get along and rake in the loot.
