Last year's #1 - In 2017, St Louis had 65 murders per 100,000 residents. Up from 2016.
#2 - Baltimore had 56 murders per 100,000 residents. Up from 2016.
#3 - Detroit had 40 murders per 100,000 residents. Down From 2016.
#4 - New Orleans had 40 murders per 100,000 residents. Down from 2016.
Chicago had 27.9 murders per 100,000 residents. Down from 2016.
