It’s the only rivalry game that people can watch where everybody playing is willing to give their life for everybody watching, and that makes it a pretty special rivalry.
- Army Head Coach, Jeff Monken, speaking about the Army/Navy Game

My nephew is a Cadet. My brother and sis-in-law are there.
We are a family divided: My daughter went to USNA.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

I’m pulling for Army too. Just texting an Army officer friend who is in Germany for work. He is 2 hours from a military base and can’t find it on a computer. He has ESPN+ and YouTube TV, but both say he is “out of region.” He’s bummed.

It’s neat that the two head coaches, Monken and Niumatalolo, are very good friends.

Great tradition. I am glad this continues. Miss the old Blue Grey game and the College All stars vs NFL Champions.

This game has always been special to me.

Happy to report that my friend was finally able to find the game.
