You figured it out I'm sure most other people will too.

I don't know. Does the first amendment apply to machines? Soon, these types of things will become self-generating.

It's one of the things that pisses me off so much about Youtube. They have hundreds of rules, many they won't even tell you about until it's too late. They're super tight on copyright violations and use. Yet all day long they run commercials with faked CGI celebrities, for questions products from very questionable companies.

Society will learn the difference between observable reality and anything on tape or devices. Most people already suspect AI when they see something obviously fantastical.
