Just found this in the yard. I'm thinking it is, we have Mississippi Kites around here, this time of year.

That is very close to the hawk feathers we've been finding. Looks like a youngling's feather

We have Cooper’s Hawks nesting in our trees and their feathers found on the ground look very much like the one posted.
