Pickings appear to be real slim, or my Google-Fu is weak all the sudden.

It'll be used on a 22" Weber kettle with a Slow 'N Sear.

This is about all I can find that is listed as American made: https://www.vertigrille.com/

Stainless is preferred over plated or mild steel.

Anyone have any recommendations?

My brother the welder fabricator could make me one, but I might be older and greyer by the time he gets around to it.

This is the one I have. I don't know if it is made in the US.

You would have to check the measurements, but MAK is USA made and kind of expensive.

I did see that one too, but it is too large for my application.

Thanks, looks like nice stuff, but their rib racks are too large to fit my kettle unfortunately.
