Simply put, the feature is not working. I have reset the receiver and the modem several times with no results. I need advice on how to deal with this problem only, not suggestions on alternative entertainment possibiities. Thank you. | ||

As you might guess calling those folks is something I dread. I might try the chat function this time, although they are probably use chat bots. I will let you know when I feel up to the task. | |||

This can happen if you're not connected to the internet. Do you use a WiFi connection or is it connected through a SWiM device? If SWiM, you may try unplugging the power and then plug it back in. 'veritas non verba magistri' | |||

Yes it is connected to the internet. Reset modem and receiver with no change. Unfortunately I no longer have connections with ATT. | |||
