We have plenty of the smaller ones around us, and they still live up to the reputation of clean bathrooms and awesome brisket/beaver nuggets/fudge/jerky etc...
These guys from England did an entire episode there, and it was funny and glorious.

Black92LXWe have one about 35 minutes away. I go once in the spring and load up on ethanol free fuel for all my summer small engine usage.
We had a place in town that sold it but it went belly up.
The only other place closer is a boat marina so it is way over priced.
I always get some brisket. The boys love the place and we stop sometimes when we head that way on the interstate.
I need to get down there the neighbor got one of their cooking fire pits and it is awesome. So I want one now.

drill sgtCouple years ago rumor was a Buc-ee"s was coming to Baton Rouge,La but the property deal never went thru because the property size changed and the entry exit paths would have been unacceptable for the amount of traffic in and out.. I-12 on east side of town. ..... drill sgt.

Actually they have secured property and planning one about 12-14 miles away from me over on the super slab, opening in 2024/5 I think.
