Didn’t four or five eastern counties recent vote to succeed from Oregon? https://www.greateridaho.org/
Add eastern Washington and western Montana then you essentially could have Western Switzerland...which would be exceedingly cool. |

| Nike truly had five-star dining for their employees. Personal chefs for each desire as you walk through the line, with various global cuisine tailored to every possible fantasy. Never saw any employees down like that elsewhere in my entire career. Wonder if it’s still there in that area of work from home?

| Last time I bought a Nike product...I was probably in high school, 30+ years ago. Don't plan on changing any time soon either! Let it burn.

Yeah, my brother (who lives in Nampa) told me about that a while back. I love the idea and if it were to happen I'd move to someplace in the Blue Mountains in a heartbeat. But it won't happen. It would require the approval of the Oregon legislature, and that will never be given. They wouldn't be willing to give up control over that much territory, even if it meant that they wouldn't have to worry any more about all those pesky eastern Oregon conservatives trying to mess with their socialist utopia. Just my opinion, granted, but I just don't see it happening. Unfortunately. |

I’d be concerned about splitting the conservative votes and thereby assuring a democrat keeps the office.
Yep, that's exactly what I'm afraid of. At this point the best thing that could happen would be for Johnson to bow out and endorse Drazan. Like now, before the ballots go out. |
