If you need/want a job site saw that’ll get the job done, the one day deal (today only, Feb 10) at Lowes for their Kobalt 10” has it marked down to $174.50. Just be sure you get a good blade to go with it. The included one will do ok on soft woods but it’s not good for much else and not for very long.
