For I have today eaten tofu. I did not mean to. I did not know the ingredients included tofu until after.

arcwelderTofu has no form or taste by itself, aside from eating agar. So, you can be forgiven.
The real issue with Tofu is that if you consume soy in high enough quantities, it will fuck with you because it mimics estrogen.

Go forth my son and eat bacon. An entire package should do it. Soy mimics estrogen. Bacon is testosterone. You should eat it by itself. If you must then with toasted bread, lettuce and tomato.
