Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Some dear friends of mine live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and own/operate a vehicle mechanical and body repair shop, which has shifted more and more in recent years into restorations/customs/performance etc.

Does the SF mind have some recommendations for commercial insurance agencies or brokerages in Michigan that I can pass along? Obviously someone who focuses primarily on small businesses, not just an all-arounder who says “yeah, we can write any kind of policy for everyone”. Also, I’m assuming that it’s preferable to find someone who can write for different companies, to help choose the best fit for their situation, rather than hard-pitching one company because that’s all they offer.
