| Guessed this one right! Been there several times, as well as its northern "extension", Skyline Drive in the Shenandoahs.
Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet.

| I know I am not alone in enjoying trying to guess where in the world each of your moments are located, and I have been able to guess a few over the years.
This is one where I saw it and with out thinking, immediately said to my wife "that sure looks like,,,". It was nice getting to see the look on her face when we looked at the description.
