Seasonal carry change
I started off carrying a Glock 26 year round, then moved to a G19 with light in the winter mainly because I have not figured out a good holster to conceal it properly.

Once I found a good setup for the G19, where I am comfortable concealing it in just a t-shirt, I've been exclusively carrying it for the past 2 years or so.

Carrying the 26 and 19 are the same, except for a little more grip length poking out, but not by much.

I'm probably the opposite of most, but then again I live in Alaska. I tend to carry a 10mm 1911 or Ruger GP100, maybe a .44 Magnum 629 Mountain Gun or 329 in the summer when out and about hiking trails, chasing Mother Nature with a camera or fishing. Usually a Colt Defender in .45ACP other times of the year. Just starting to get used Tony P365 and will start carrying it soon.

99% of the time, P229 40SW. Only other CCW is a P365 when I too lazy to put on a belt or I'm wearing gym shorts and running to the store for the boss. No seasonal change.

Nope. Carry the same thing all year round in the same holster.

In the olden days it would have been a G19 or a 320 of some stripe, but for the last year and a half it has been a Staccato P. Planning to replace that with a slightly smaller Staccato C2, once I have it proved enough.

Regardless, pretty much always a G19 or larger size gun.

That said, there are times when I just chuck a G42 in my pocket if I'm just running out to do the trash or go to the convenience store, etc. and coming right back home.

FNS-9 compact all year, one spare 17 round mag, 442 in pocket opposite side. Only change to something more powerful for woods carry. Have feral hogs here.

I’ll switch from a gun treated with Birdsong’s Black-T finish for humid, warm-weather carry to a blued gun once things cool off for a bit. I alternate IWB vs. OWB all throughout the year; all throughout a given week, actually.

The guns in question are Government Model 1911s in .45 ACP. I now have a black nitride-finished Browning Hi Power that will ease its way into the carry lineup soon.

I used to go from a p239 to a P229 when the seasons changed.

Now its a p365 all year round.

Grip chopped 5th gen G19 warm weather, full size G19/ P229 (357) in cooler/cold weather. Always at least one full size reload.

Same firearm year round and I just switch from IWB to OWB for the colder months.

I would like to change it up, but I shoot my P365 so well, it's so small and comfortable, I can't justify anything else. Once in a while I'll carry a 43x, but nothing bigger unless it's cold weather and I'm wearing my old SIGtac jacket. Then I can carry one of the big classic P-series SIGs. On the bike it's usually an NP3'ed P226 in .357SIG. But that's rare.
