The Muffin Mill in Eugene OR had the best BLT. Sadly they closed shop during covid. Not sure if they lost their lease or if it was all covid.
I had a BLT there maybe 2-3 times a month.

Hard to beat a blt - since the 1st I had the worst I had was good.
