I think they all moved to Hong Kong after the most recent coup attempt. And, yes, this is a scam. Delete it with no remorse. The latest ones I've been getting are unpaid traffic ticket/toll notifications from addresses in Eastern Europe. Yeah, right. | |||

I have noticed with certain relatives that are getting up in years that their mental acuity isn't what it used to be. Their natural inclination to question things or do critical thinking is severely diminished. I believe that scammers know this and many, if not all, of these scams are targeted at that group. | |||
