Costco's best hearing aids weren't doing it for me anymore. I went to a VA Audiologist, who set me up with higher tech Phonak aids that help quite a bit, but still leave a lot of room for improvement.

The Audiologist suggested a consult with a doc who does cochlear implants; that's on the schedule for early in the coming year.

Meantime, I'd like to hear (?) from any of our members who have done this. The good, the bad, anything you'd be willing to share.
