Enjoy! In my almost 52 years on this planet, I have never seen a white Christmas. I live in Texas though. It would be nice to have one. NRA Benefactor Life Member

In 1976 it was snowing when we walked out of midnight mass on Christmas Eve in Denton when I was fifteen, but best I recall it was gone before morning. Still, I remember it looked like a postcard at the pretty little church.

Oh we had one. I’m a year younger than you and I can remember one. 80’s or 90’s I forget which but it did snow. Was it the marketed bullshit with feet(s) of snow, nah, but it did snow. Snowing on Christmas is just marketing brother, same as that fat fuck and white beard. Fake. What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

Should be a white Christmas in Eagle River (north of Anchorage). I checked the Alyeska Ski Resort snow report (south of Anchorage) and they have 60" of base and 2" of new snow in the last 24 hours. Not sure how the aurora borealis (aka northern lights)forecast is for next week as the site I checked only has a 2 day forecast. Might be worth keeping an eye on the forecast as it's very cool phenomenon to see. Unfortunately, it's usually damn cold out when it's clear enough to see. I guess I should have been more specific. I was born in Minnesota in 1973 and my parents moved to Texas in 1977. So I am sure I “saw” a white Christmas in Minnesota as a baby, but don’t remember it. Prefontaine- Yup, totally agree. NRA Benefactor Life Member

It's in between Anchorage and Wasyphillis Eagle River has a lot of military personnel living there as it's adjacent to Joint Base Elmendorff (i.e. the Air Force portion of base) Richardson (i.e. the Army portion of the base). The problem with a white Christmas is it’s cold…….until March. You’re a lying dog-faced pony soldier
