For the folks still on the fence, these have gone on sale recently, not sure if this is new normal, or temporary. Last ones I bought were ~$125, so a bit of savings. Especially if you're having to buy several.

From the last thread on these I think a lot of folks besides me found these to be a better option than others out there like Nest, etc. that try to learn your behavior and are much more expensive. With the Sensi I can have multiple profiles on each thermostat that I define. For example one for normal operation, another for when my wife is out of town and I'm working, etc.

For us the best benefit was when we were traveling for uncertain duration - being able to turn back down/up while on the way home from wherever was a huge deal.

I also have a Sensi. It was a breeze to install and was easy to program. Its basic, I didnt need all the learning and tracking BS. I just wanted to be able to control the scheduling through my phone.
