About a month ago, a storm with some 1.5" hail went through the area. My roof had just been replaced in May, so I had the installer come out and take a look. He said there was enough damage to compromise the integrity of the shingles over time.

One email to the agent set everything in motion. Adjuster met with contractor a few days later and within two weeks a deposit was made to my account. I got 20 years worth of premiums back in one event and can't imagine it going more smoothly.

I was very impressed with my insurance company too, on my recent hail damage/roof leak claim.

Jumping through all the hoops to get the mortgage company to endorse the checks so I could deposit them wasn't quite as positive of an experience.

Would you gentlemen please share the names of your insurance company? I would really like to find a credible company that won't jack me around over a roof claim like mine has for the last 10 months. Thanks guys.
