Not sure what I think about this. I know intoxication and guns are a bad combination. I also know I don’t want gun owners to be associated with shooting irresponsibly by the anti crowd. Drunk shooters are bad enough…..

(g)(3) has been largely unenforceable in most of the circuits for years. Personal feelings aside, Congress won’t fix the problem, so perhaps SCOTUS mercy killing it once and for all is a good thing.
