ZSMICHAELJabra Elite H headphones suddenly will not pair with my I phone
I have spent countless hours trying to get them to function. I have searched the internet and have had no luck with their support system.
I took them to a small computer repair place and they are not having success. A member of Sigform whose name I cannot recall suggested them and they have been flawless.
Thank You.

reflex/deflex 64Update the app and your iPhone? I just received a notification that Apple will update my phone tonight.
All I got.

parabellumWill these headphones pair with some other Bluetooth-capable device?
Did you or the repair shop check to see if a firmware update is available for the device?
What's the specific model of these headphones? I find no "Elite H"

ZSMICHAELGood questions. Shop is closed until Tuesday. I am a Luddite when it comes to this stuff. I will post when I get more information. Thank you for your reply.

OrgussBasic suggestion, but have you tried "Forget this device" under the Bluetooth setting, restarting your iPhone, then pairing the device?
(It would help if you listed the steps you've tried taking yourself. That way people aren't trying to give you suggestions that you've eliminated.)

konata88In the latest version of iOS, I've been having intermittent issues with WiFi and BT connectivity. Connections drop and can't reconnect. I toggle WiFi/BT on and off in settings and connectivity resumes. Probably not your issue but if you haven't tried it, may be worth a shot.
