Ham, turkey, Polish sausage. I’m not a big turkey fan. Hell I don’t even know why the wife is making all of it for just the two of us but I won’t complain. I have to admit, I do enjoy leftover turkey breast sandwiches for a few days. Other than that I could skip all birds except pheasant. Enjoy everyone!

all the meals sound good. i am staying somewhat traditional for hosting my Estranged daughter after 8 years of being on a hiatus of being mad at dad. And coming back into my life
maybe next year we will walk on the non-traditional side like a rib roast
