It’s kinda specific but I need a small part container that will seal and keep the parts separate when moved around.

Most of the ones I found separate well but allow the parts to mix I’d if turned on it’s side. The two I have work with the bigger springs but the small ones I have to keep in a very small ziplock and then it makes it hard to close.

This will be used for a spare parts kit for my CZ pistol when I go travel out of town for matches or training. 5”x8” or so.

If nothing else, one of decent size that I can somewhat organize the parts in the very small ziplock bags they come in.

I have something like ten of these to organize screws, nuts, washers, bolts, and a myriad of other stuff I need to organize. The work great and don't break the bank.

How big are these parts? Just Springs?

There are pill reminder holder things, I just saw one at the drug store, clear plastic, small round containers with screw on lids, each screws onto the next, probably 6 or 7 together for a buck or two.

Search Amazon for “ stackable 7 day pill organizer”. I can’t get s link to it. There are some which lets you select a size, such as each is 2x2 inches, total of 7.

I use the red tackle box shown for my marine electrical kit of parts. It's great. You can pull just one tray out and everything in that is secure and leave the tackle box in the truck.....they're less than $30.

Plano also makes a bunch of those plastic cases in all sorts of sizes, so one of them should suit your needs.

The Container Store

There is one near me, they have a pretty wide range of small boxes. Their search engine is pretty good, this was a search for small plastic box. Keeps my shotgun cases and range bag organized.

Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

Dewalt as well as other tool companies have neat little containers for things like drill bits and such... I'd just look at one of those.

Then again, I wonder how often a CZ pistol needs a spare part? I don't own a CZ but have heard nothing but good things about them... I do know that none of my Rugers or Sigs have ever had a part break on them. Then again, I am cautious and when ever I go out of town to shoot I just take two pistols with me.

They have a lot of stuff like that at JoAnn's Fabrics (believe it or not). Also I've seen them at Office Depot. I would also check out Harbor Freight.

I bought a 2 pack of these at their pre-Christmas sale for $10. I organized all my extra AR lower small parts in one. You can turn it upside down and shake it and they stay in place. There is also some adjusibility to the size of the compartments.

I also do the fishing tray containers as well as the rubbermaid sammich locking bins. There are several series of the interlocking bins that are perfectly slide-sized.

But after moving frequently and having bigger lighter-made toolbox type storage units crack and split, I went with some Plano 747s (I.E. Trauma boxes).

The Plano Trauma boxes are the same as their big 747 tackle boxes (just colored/marked differently). I put all of the bins inside these and have one with gunsmith tools, etc.
They are pricey new but can be found reasonably used. We used the 747 tackle boxes on fishing boats since I was a kid. They work great and can handle weight-

Stanley makes several sizes of boxes,
stronger than a tackle box, and adjustable inside,

I use them for garand and Carbine parts ,

one that I use with good results

and a smaller version

Thanks! I’ve looked at several at the stores and all seem to have a space that would allow parts to mingle if the case is not kept flat.

The only replacement part I’ve needed is a spare fiber optic rod for the front sight. I don’t expect to ever need spares, but things happen and when spending a decent amount on travel, it’s nice to have some spares in case.

I try to have a spare gun, wich doesn’t always work.

I have a bigger Stanley one that works great for the bench top. I may find a slightly smaller version and use ziplock bags.

The pill organizer is a great idea! Small springs that I’d probably never need except for the annual refresh. Just a little over preparedness on my part.

Great for pre-cut fiber optic pieces though!

I have some of these, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000..._sim_03_03_t_img_lh, but the small springs still need to be in ziplocks to keep them in when closed. Then there is not enough space to close the lids really. Great size though.
