I can no longer control the volume or change where I am in the video.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

What have you tried? What device/computer are you on?

Try to close and reopen your browser.
Try a reboot.

Has happened to me a couple times if I had multiple tabs open with you tube vids.

Cure was close out and reboot. YMMV
