Cut out or some form of expansion device used?
One does a LEFT sided appendectomy incision and then grasp the descending colon and "milk" the light bulb very carefully down to the rectum, and out the anus!!! you put plenty of lube up the rectum prior to this procedure to aid in it's downward movement.This message has been edited.
