Well that must be the difference. I use Flonase almost every day. It probably did take a few days for full effect when I first started taking it.

Years ago I got addicted to the Afrin type products and it took quite a bit of work to get off of it. Eventually I succeeded and haven't used it more than a few times since.

Might be, have to admit I'm remiss at times with Flonase, have cut the Claritin D way down since it's also bad for BP....

When I lived in the Bay area my sinus never clogged up, guess it was all the moisture from the fog daily!
