Looking for small, cheap PC that runs Win 11
I’ve seen ads for small PCs that are more or less cubical in shape, to which I presume you then plug in a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Prices seem to be anywhere from $150 to $400 or so. Any recommendations? Not looking for it to do much other than connect to wifi and run a few programs (like turbotax) which are no longer supported on my main desktop PC that runs Win 8.1.

Go to Newegg and search for “Mini PC Systems”.

Acer recertified is a good place to look. Free shipping and they don't collect sales tax to Indiana (at least they did not on my recently purchased Chromebook).

I think the current model is the 3000.
We use these at work for all of our desktop setups

Might fall at the top of your budget, but an i3 with 8gb ram should do the trick.
Saw a few refurbs on Newegg in the 3-400 range. New seems to run closer to 5-700

We usually bought them with a platter drive & swapped in a SSD when we needed it. Requires reinstalling W11 though.

You should be able to get an Intel NUC for less than $400.

What doublesharp says.....my last two laptops have been Acer, the most recent came with Win 11. Look at their Chromebox mini desktop.

I just bought a nice Dell on sale at Best Buy for 699. Definitely not the top of the line laptop but adequate to run Windows 11 and Microsoft Word, power point and excel.

Dell all-in-one for around $450 includes a monitor and stuff.

Takes up the space of a monitor.

Costco has a laptop on sale right now that would fit the bill that's $199.

There is a place called Sigforum. Might could try there.

That's a neat little machine. Reminds me of a Windows RaspberryPi.
