Must be something in the water in PA. Just outside of Pittsburgh last Sunday, someone did the exact same thing to a Great Clips. Then a few days later, a complete wheel assembly came off a moving car, and damaged 2 cars in the same parking lot.

An old fart who mistook the go pedal for the woah pedal? The car looks like possibly a 1990s/early 2000s Chrysler LHS or Concorde, a kind of car often favored by that demographic.
