Best Curved Monitor for Work (not gamming)
I recently came out of a short retirement. now back to full time at work.

I'm 67 and my eyes are not great. I'm a Technical Project manager. i use the usual office suite applications plus other apps. I need 2-3 monitors but would consider one nice 49" curve monitor. The curved monitor would need clarity for work, clear fonts etc.not for games.

Any recommendations?

I like the LG curved ultrawides.

The model I have is discontinued, so I can't recommend a specific one - https://www.lg.com/us/ultrawide-monitors.

You can avoid any which are labeled as gaming - as these are generally more expensive and not needed for managing office apps.

I have a 34" model which is a good balance. There are larger, but they are more expensive.

Determine which connector you need to connect with your computer (probably display port or hdmi - I assume you have a windows pc). The main thing to watch for is the resolution - for a 34" you will want at least 3440 x 1440.

Unless you need color correction / matching in the work you do - then that would have additional requirements.

Try and find a place that you can look at different models in person if you can. Costco, Micro Center, Best Buy, etc.

I run 1 34" AW3418DW and 2 24" 1080p monitors on each side of the 34". This setup works great for me. I game and I work from home.

They color correct easily and are great for working.

I'm running this one for both gaming and working from home. It's been great for both:

I have a 34” Dell at work and like it pretty well. Sceptre makes great price/performance for spreadsheets and office work. I have a 32” curved at home I picked up for around $200 and very happy with it.

We have the same title at work, at least week.

I just use a 32" Samsung 1080P TV with a HDMI.

I never liked the curved monitors.
