2PAKBest Curved Monitor for Work (not gamming)
I recently came out of a short retirement. now back to full time at work.
I'm 67 and my eyes are not great. I'm a Technical Project manager. i use the usual office suite applications plus other apps. I need 2-3 monitors but would consider one nice 49" curve monitor. The curved monitor would need clarity for work, clear fonts etc.not for games.
Any recommendations?

cyanide357I like the LG curved ultrawides.
The model I have is discontinued, so I can't recommend a specific one -
https://www.lg.com/us/ultrawide-monitors.
You can avoid any which are labeled as gaming - as these are generally more expensive and not needed for managing office apps.
I have a 34" model which is a good balance. There are larger, but they are more expensive.
Determine which connector you need to connect with your computer (probably display port or hdmi - I assume you have a windows pc). The main thing to watch for is the resolution - for a 34" you will want at least 3440 x 1440.
Unless you need color correction / matching in the work you do - then that would have additional requirements.
Try and find a place that you can look at different models in person if you can. Costco, Micro Center, Best Buy, etc.

xantomI run 1 34" AW3418DW and 2 24" 1080p monitors on each side of the 34". This setup works great for me. I game and I work from home.

Legal BeagleI have a 34” Dell at work and like it pretty well. Sceptre makes great price/performance for spreadsheets and office work. I have a 32” curved at home I picked up for around $200 and very happy with it.

I just use a 32" Samsung 1080P TV with a HDMI.
I never liked the curved monitors.
