You say this like it's a "bad thing"...

$30 is about average for a TQ.

Full kits, even more
https://store.itstactical.com/collections/medical

https://www.chinookmed.com/012...ouch-insert-kit.html

https://www.aotacticalgear.com...es/IFAK-Medical-Kits

Full kits range anywhere from $50/$60 into the $1200 range, depending on how big and how many you're treating.

In additional to the above mentioned sites, I've use OPTACTICAL.COM. I priced out a SOF-T TQ, 6" Izzy dressing, NAR Hyfin Compact (Twin Pack), 14 Gauge Chest Dart, and Compressed gauze for $62.89 from OP.

Sometimes you can find a deal if you look at the vendors premade kits. For example, the North American Rescue IPOK. If you select the S rolled gauze you can get most of what you want with the exception of the chest dart and chest seal for $45. Tacmed makes a similar kit the Pocket Medical Kit. With the compressed gauze you pay $53 and you get the chest seal you want but no chest dart. the only druther I have with the TACMED kit is that I don't like the Essmark (rubber compression bandage) that it comes with.

rescue Essentials is the place. Add all you want, pay $5 shipping. Great store.

https://www.rescue-essentials.com/

And their eBay store
https://www.ebay.com/str/rescueessentials/

And get some combat gauze/celox rapid as well. Yes its expensive. I found the big XL ones, the $100 ones, on eBay, still had a year left on the date, sealed in the packages, for $7 once. I bought several of them.
