Trouble is look at what goes on in my former home state of NY. Outlandish unconstitutional gun laws. They get fought, in some cases, dragging out for years. Ultimately make it to scotus get struck down, and within hours a bill is crafted to circumvent the ruling. Then Another cycle of years of fighting all over, all the while straining under the yoke of oppression. And even when a law ad federal level is passed ( FOPA being the best example) NY just says we won’t recognize or abide by it anyway, and no one takes those responsible to task for that. | |||
