Arc, none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes. I think of this place as a kind of family. Family members can fight among themselves, but still have respect for each other. We have words, and then we move on. .

Over the last 15 years....I am 45 now I have noticed I seldom get "really" angry... When I was 30 I did ..not often but enough and I enjoyed it often....not healthy It's seldom worth it to do so anymore and I am working on feeling angry because it feels good...especially with the misses.

Some of his writings changed my life as well. The one that really opened my eyes was about how we can only control how we behave and nobody else. Focusing solely on your own actions and leaving everyone else to do the same is far more productive and healthier than worrying what everyone is thinking or how to get them to behave how I think they should.

I understand where Arc is coming from. Long ago I decided that anger was unproductive and used up far too much energy to be worthwhile. I generally avoid getting angry, as most issues are just not worth the effort. flashguy Texan by choice, not accident of birth
