I use post image, but yesterday when I used it , I could not locate the " rotate image " feature. Did they get rid of that ? Where is it?

I use ImageShack.

Several years ago I neglected to pay the $19 annual fee. As a result, I couldn’t upload new photos, but all of my previously-uploaded photos were still there, and viewable. After I paid the annual fee, my ability to upload photos was restored.

ImageShack is a good service. Among other features, it allows you to post a reduced-size version (e.g., 760x570) of a photo on a forum without the bother of uploading that reduced-size photo.

^^^^^ FWIW, Flickr's "Share" tool also has a resize feature. I always resize to max 800 for posting on boards.
