Thanks for the great offer. My timeframe was 1981 to 1995, National Guard, 8.5 years active, then Reserves.

I wish a thoughtful Memorial Day to all.

OBTW, The youngest Son is active in the Coast Guard now.

FIL, 30 years in the USN, Vietnam vet--BSM w/V, PH x2; Mustang--E-9 -> O-1E; then O-3E to CWO4 (RIF in 1992), retired 1997.

Nephew--MSGT, USMC...18 years in.

Thanks for this generous Karma, Q! I was USN 1992-2014. Dad was Army, 1961-1964, Uncle was USMC, KIA 12 March 1968, Great Grandfather USN WWI and WWII, lots of uncles and cousins USN, USMC.

For my father, served in the Pacific in WWII, Guadalcanal and west and retired on 30 years
For my Uncle wounded on Iwo Jima and medically retired as a PFC
for my uncle lost on a B29 raid over Japan
For my wife's father, served on the Enterprise when it was Kamakazied off Okinawa
For my brother in law, A Marine
For my brother, a Marine
For my brothers-in-arms in RVN

Don't include me in the Karma, I'm covered thank you, your generosity overwhelms.

My Father served in the Marines during WW2 on Siapan and Tinian.
My son presently serves in the Army and is stationed at Ft Eisenhower.
