He may still launch a political career. This is normal fare for Democrats and their voters don't care. In Virginia we had a democratic state senator get convicted of raping a minor, went to jail, ran for his seat, and won from jail. That's how demented democrats are. Sexual assaults on minors and other sex crimes seem more and more to be the threshold Democrats have to pass to go anywhere in the party.

The restaurant he protested had to close. He made the environment around the restaurant so threatening that the employees and customers needed police escorts to their cars. Yet he said he didn't want to shut down the business, just expose them for being racists.
