Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) is suspending two male high school students for complaining about a trans-identified girl using boys' locker rooms.
LCPS began investigating the matter, which occurred at Stone Bridge High School, back in May. The Virginia school district has a policy allowing students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond to their chosen gender identity.
The father of one of the boys told 7News in May that he was “concerned” about the matter. He stated that the district was investigating his son and another boy to find out whether they had committed sexual harassment by complaining about the female who was using the boys’ locker room.
“And other boys were uncomfortable [with a female in the boys’ locker room],” he told the news outlet. “There were other boys asking the same question. They [LCPS] created a very uncomfortable situation. They're young, they're 15 years old. They're expressing their opinions, and now they're being targeted for expressing those opinions.”
The female student had been using the boys’ locker room for an extended period of time. In March, she used her phone to record the two boys and their friends in the locker room. “I have a daughter that's in high school as well, and if there was a male in there videotaping her in the locker room, I would have issues,” the father said.
He further argued that his son should not “be punished for expressing his First Amendment right and being able to ask questions.”
Apparently, the school district disagrees.
The district decided that the two boys sexually harassed the female students and engaged in “sex-based discrimination.” As punishment, the boys will be suspended for ten days and are not allowed to interact with the female student. This means they will not be able to attend the same classes, 7News reported.
Video of the boys in the locker room as well as interviews with the parents. Also the director of schools saying they will not comply with the federal government's DOJ mandate that students are to use the bathroom of their biological sex.
What’s sad and more than a little sickening is that there are thousands of parents that either support this or are too chickenshit to speak up themselves. Neither is good.

An article that I read this morning indicates that there were originally three boys who complained, yet only two of them are being punished. Why do we suppose that is? Well, the two being punished are Christian. The third? muslim.

Except that when, as in Loudon, the parents do speak out and are arrested for their "interference" with school business. That is what happened when the father of one of the boys started asking questions about the incidents at an open-to-the-public school board meeting.
There is an active State-mandated investigation, and at least one of the school board members has resigned. I am in the adjoining County, and this is a red hot topic among my neighbors. "Woke gone too far" is a recurring theme among a generally far-left group. My County (Fairfax) is, if possible, even more woke than Loudon.
There is also an active investigation regarding certain books in elementary school libraries, and the teachers/administrators that champion them. These are considered pornography by one side, and educational/affirming by the other. As to be expected, outrageous opinions, and inflammatory statements have been expressed on both sides of the issue.
I don't have kids, and I am thankful that any hypothetical ones are not being exposed to this nonsense.

The British media has officially outdone itself, in the worst way possible. In a headline that reads like something straight outta The Onion, reporters actually declared, “A woman exposed herself in a park.” And then, in all “seriousness,” they go on to explain that this “woman” whipped out her penis in front of children and wiggled it around.
A woman who exposed herself to a group of children in a Lancaster park has been jailed.
Laura Mart, 35, who is a transgender woman, appeared before Preston Sessions House, charged with one count of indecent exposure and breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
The incident occurred on July 18, when the defendant, of Game Street, Great Harwood, was walking in Williamson Park, in Wyresdale Road.
A child who was playing on the monkey bars in the park saw Mart holding her penis and wiggling it at her, and she immediately told her friends and father.
At the time of the offence, Mart was subject to a lifelong sexual harm prevention order and was prohibited from standing within 10 metres of a public place where children are expected to be.
The defendant has a history of similar offences, with four exposure convictions and an indecency charge in 2017.
Judge Andrew Jeffries outlined that due to the repetitive nature of her offending, he had considered an extended licence, but this was impossible under the guidelines for the offences.
He said: “There is a real risk posed here to the public.
"If I had the power for an extended licence, I would have taken it, but it is not such an offence.”
Rebecca Holmes, mitigating, said Mart did not go to the park with the intention of committing the offence, but she "couldn’t control the urge she had there".
Ms Holmes also explained that while being transgender was no excuse for the offence, it is a complex thing to deal with.

Irini Mourtzoukou, the 24-year-old woman at the center of a disturbing case involving the deaths of multiple infants, has been arrested by Greek authorities. She was found on Monday afternoon at a hotel in Athens, shortly after meeting with her lawyer. According to reports, neither she nor her legal counsel were aware that an arrest warrant had been issued.
Mourtzoukou is accused of murdering three infants — two of whom were her own children — and attempting to murder an adult woman by suffocation. Her arrest was carried out by the Homicide Division of the Organized Crime Directorate, following a warrant issued by the Investigative Department of Achaia.
A 25-year-old woman, identified as Eirini Mourtzoukou, appeared before a prosecutor Tuesday, facing felony charges for the murders of three infants – two her own children – in Amaliada, western Greece, and the attempted murder of a former partner.
Mourtzoukou was arrested in a hotel in central Athens. Police had been monitoring her movements in the days leading up to her arrest.
Following the filing of formal charges, she was transferred back to police headquarters and will be taken to a Patra investigative judge for further questioning.
During her time in police custody, Mourtzoukou reportedly denied the charges, claiming she was “possessed by demons” and could not remember what happened to the children. One of the victims was the child of a friend.
Mourtzoukou has also been accused of attempting to suffocate her ex-partner using a pillow in 2021.
The woman managed to escape and later reported the incident.
