Zuckerberg Sanity Tour Continues: Meta Removes Tampons from Men’s Restrooms

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...from-mens-restrooms/

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, has implemented significant changes to its internal and external policies following the recent election, including the removal of tampons from men’s bathrooms.

Fox Business reports that in a sweeping overhaul of its policies, Meta, formerly known as Facebook, has announced a series of changes that mark a significant shift in the company’s stance on various issues. The move comes as CEO Mark Zuckerberg seemingly seeks to align the company with the priorities of the new Trump administration — or wants to create the appearance of doing so.

One notable change implemented by Meta is the removal of tampons from men’s bathrooms across its offices in Silicon Valley, Texas, and New York. The company had previously provided these products for nonbinary and transgender employees who use the men’s room but require sanitary pads because they are women. As part of the recent shakeup, facilities managers were instructed to remove the tampons, sparking discontent among some LGBT employees. The New York Times reported that at least one employee announced their resignation, while others expressed their intention to seek new employment opportunities.

In addition to the changes in bathroom policies, Meta has also ended its biased left-wing “fact checking” program and lifted restrictions on speech across its platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Zuckerberg admitted that the company’s content moderation practices had “gone too far” and pledged to “restore free expression” on Meta’s platforms. This move has been seen as a response to the changing political landscape and an effort to align with the Trump administration’s stance on free speech.

Furthermore, Meta has announced the termination of its major diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. Joel Kaplan, Meta’s chief global affairs officer, told Fox News Digital that this decision will ensure the company is “building teams with the most talented people” and that hiring decisions will no longer be based on protected characteristics like race or gender. Instead, the company will evaluate individuals and source candidates from a range of pools.

Meta’s policy overhaul follows a trend among other major companies as they shift away from DEI and related ideologies in the wake of the recent election. The changes have been met with mixed reactions, with some employees expressing discontent and others viewing the move as a necessary adjustment to align with the new political climate.

Let the rest of American business follow that path. If some Meta employee, no doubt highly paid, want to quit over no tampons in the men's bathroom let them go on to a feminist bookstore.

This is actually sanity. Another DEI hire bites the dust.

Adm. Linda Lee Fagan, 61, has been terminated by the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Benjamine Huffman, the official said.

Fagan has demonstrated leadership deficiencies, operational failures and an inability to advance the strategic objectives of the Coast Guard.

These include the failure to address border security threats, insufficient leadership in recruitment and retention, mismanagement in acquiring key acquisitions such as icebreakers and helicopters, excessive focus on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and an "erosion of trust" over the mishandling and cover-up of Operation Fouled Anchor, which was the Coast Guard's internal investigation into sexual assault cases at the Coast Guard Academy.

Folks this wasn't just any old USCG Admiral, it was the Commandant of the Coast Guard, a position like that of the Commandant of the Marine Corps.

Two major issues hitting the Coast Guard and a host of other secondary but, no less problematic issues.

Fouled Anchor coverup and bungling
quote:
No Service chief likes to see a run-of-the-mill budget hearing turn into a brutal and public beat-down. But that’s what happened to the two top leaders of the U.S. Coast Guard.

On July 13, members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation took turns raging at the Coast Guard’s “heartbreaking, maddening, frustrating and intolerable” record of handling sexual assaults at the Coast Guard Academy. Furious legislators slapped the embattled Service with an Inspector General investigation and demanded greater accountability from a Coast Guard that is struggling to reconcile a demanding, zero-defect culture with an imperfect reality.

Fouled Anchor Fouls Up:

In the hearing, Committee members dropped a far-too-infrequent opportunity to support a larger Coast Guard budget to focus on Operation Fouled Anchor, a closely-held, years-long Coast Guard investigation into how the Coast Guard Academy handled sexual assault cases between 1988 and 2006.
....

The Coast Guard Academy’s Newest DEI Push
quote:
DEI is a bad idea. It is divisive, racist, and anti-meritocratic. Coleman Hughes, Ayaan Hirsi Ali , Elon Musk, and a host of other first-rate minds have vigorously come out against it. Yet, our Coast Guard leadership continues to promote it without discussion or debate. For an objective observer, that should be the first clue that something is very, very wrong.

Supporters of this ideology are fond of the term ‘cultural competence,’ which they seem to believe is obtainable in a seminar or a classroom, but there are other paths to knowledge. For example, I enjoyed twenty-eight years in federal law enforcement, which, among other things, afforded me familiarity with the inside of a crack-house. Here are are some things I learned first-hand:

Another crazy Biden administration rule is reversed:

From the NY Post:

Secretary of State Marco Rubio bans passports with ‘X’ gender markers after Trump order: report

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has scrapped US passport applications allowing Americans to designate their gender identity as “X” after President Trump issued an executive order Monday that it is now “the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female.”

State Department staff were informed of the change in an internal cable sent Thursday mandating “sex, and not gender, shall be used” in official documents like passports and birth records in US embassies and consulates abroad, the Guardian reported.

Staff were specifically instructed to “suspend any application requesting an X sex marker” and to “suspend any application where the applicant is seeking to change their sex marker.”

Passports already issued will not be recalled, but applicants will not be able to choose the “X” designation when renewing their travel documents.
