cyanide357I'm probably completely wrong here.
But the body (tank, seat, tail) and what I can see of the frame (and the wheels) all really look like the base motorcycle was a Suzuki SV650 or SV1000. Primarily based on the tail compartment.
It of course would have to have aftermarket fairings (and maybe a front fork swap) - similar with a custom exhaust.
This all assumes this is a track bike.

lude4lifeIt's front end is very similar to a Kawasaki ZX10R 2011-2015 era.
The rest is a bit off though

RichardCIts an Indian Power Plus, with aftermarket bodywork, wheels, tires, 'zorsts, controls, fuel tank, tires, suspension, brakes, pendulous plate carrier and whatever that anomylous object betwixt beak and windscreen in the leftward side view but not the quartering front view is.
ludeforlife, you see (as you acknowledged) the spoked rear wheel versus the trick no spoke rear wheel on your proposed ZX10R?

stickman428Bravo Cyanide357, Those were the difficult angles to ID the bike. You know your motos.
The side shot is a dead giveaway. It’s one of the cleanest customs I’ve ever seen and made me think for a moment I clicked on the wrong video as the camera rotated around the front end of the bike.
