Workplace drug testing is a mass procedure. Blood testing is an invasive procedure. Do you know of any company that does drug blood testing as their standard protocol? Certain special cases, maybe, but mass drug blood testing? No. The place I work at does drug testing for a huge national company, and they still do urine testing. You don't just dip it right there and be done. That's just a quick screening. Whether positive or not, all samples are sent to the national lab for final testing, and I can tell you that the results are not unreliable.

Assuming he prevails on the RICO case, he's still fired and won't get his job back. He'll recover his lost wages and other damages but the job is gone.
