The Three Stooges
One of the channels on Dish is playing the Stooges. Ive watched two episodes and maybe it’s just me but I don’t think they’re funny. Not in the least.

Maybe it’s just me

It’s just you

They’ve always hilarious to me

I showed them to my niece and nephew when they were small kids and thought maybe it would be too dated 65 years later but they were cracking up at it all.

It's not just him. I never did think they were funny. But then, I consider 98% of all "comedies" to be just stupid.

Big Stooge fan. One thing that sets them apart that, despite all the mayhem, scowling and insults, they had good hearts.

When I was a kid I loved the stooges but as an adult not so much. MeTV plays two hours of the stooges every Saturday and I've tried to watch but they no longer appeal to me.

I hope I never grow out of laughing my butt off on a good pie in the face routine...or even a bad one for that matter.

There were quite a few scenes that were never caught by the sensors. Moe: "Now get going before I take an Axe Handle to your colon."
Loved them!

I have always enjoyed them and still watch them with my grandson. We do disagree on some aspects, he prefers Curly while I prefer Shemp.

I have most of their productions on DVD, to include the movies. Even Joe episodes (he got a couple of good ones in...).

Enjoyed watching them as a young man (kid). Smile Much like the old school Sat. morning cartoons, I still enjoy a retro-watch, and chuckle occasionally!

I didn’t think they were particularly funny, but i found their skits entertaining.

As jgerge222 said, Saturday morning TV.

Serious about crackers.

We still joke around at work when there’s a technical issue

“No wonder there’s no water! These pipes are full of wires!”

Comedy has gotten much more sophisticated since then. Yes we are now jaded and all old time comedy isn't as funny. That doesn't mean it isn't still entertaining and has funny moments. If you've totally lost all your junior high hijinks instincts, maybe you can't watch anymore.

Never cared for the Stooges, I was more of a Laural and Hardy or Abbot and Costello fan.

It’s not just you. I find them highly annoying. I don’t find them humorous at all. I didn’t like them as a kid and that still hasn’t changed.
