Do your local hospital and doctors use and post on the MyChart app? It's free and works well for me for the purposes you mentioned.

If so, all that sort of medical info, including past and future appointments, med's, test results, billing and more can be found and managed there.

Yes, my life would be over with out it.
Between my four appts. Per month , Bonnie's five appts. And the neighbor lady's six appts.
