MacOS Sequoia has just come out, and it's a major update with the addition of Apple Intelligence apps and features. Some of these sound fun, some interesting; Apple continues to emphasize user privacy, claiming not even Apple has access to your data. OTOH they incorporate ChatGPT.
Most of the "features" demonstrated in the video on the Apple website are only fun and not useful. Many of the rest would have been interesting to me were I still working, but I don't really need AI to spruce up my writing.
I'm interested in personal experience with the Apple Intelligence built in to MacOS Sequoia. I don't have an iPhone 15 or 16 so my iOS will not have the Apple Intelligence features.

I'm on Sequoia 15.0.1 on my Mac mini with the M2 Pro chip. I do not have, to my knowledge, any Apple Intelligence features enabled or available, nor do I want any.

The most I've used on my iPad is Live Captions so I can watch videos without subtitles with subtitles. It works about 50% of the time. but sometimes it can't pick out dialogue if the scene is loud.
