Using a left-handed drill isn't guaranteed to screw it out. You'll just drill a hole. I think drilling it and using an extractor will be better.

The penetrating oil and accurately center punching is essential.
Almost every time the left hand drill method has been successful for me (most times if done correctly) it has come out easily and if it didn't work, the ez-out method didn't work either.
