I'm suspecting that I may have had a mild case early / mid last year. But not sure. And I didn't get any testing. At this point, would I still test positive? Or is any indication that I had it gone by now? "Wrong does not cease to be wrong because the majority share in it." L.Tolstoy "A government is just a body of people, usually, notably, ungoverned." konata - There are 'Anti-Body Tests' which of course, you'd have to pay for, as they're not diagnostic and as I understand, not inexpensive. That said, the discussion is getting off into the weeds here and the OP specifically requested that the focus of this thread not deviate from legal strategy against Mandatory Vaccinations. ____________________________________________________________ If Some is Good, and More is Better.....then Too Much, is Just Enough !! Some good questions Konata88, but nhracecraft is right. This thread is board-line as we already have other threads related to COVID. With the news today of the FDA Fully Approving Phizer today it is very likely many of us are or will be facing a decision in which there is no easy answer or clear course to take. Legal options for fighting mandates, class action lawsuits, non-profit (like the ALCU or the ACLJ) or others where maybe we could join in on a lawsuit is the information I am hoping we all can share here. Legal strength of various arguments is also beneficial. So far their has been some very informative posts discussing legal options. The posts are greatly appreciated. “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this. One point not mentioned yet: You may win in the courts, but only after years of litigation. The kids will likely be in their thirties before your case works its way through the legal system. Our state health department issued an order that mandates that I get vaccinated by some date in October. The Union I belong to is part of PORAC, an organization that lobbies for peace officers in the state. They’ve stated they will fight the mandate but also stated they expect to loose based upon several long-standing precedence cases. As of now there is a religious and medical exemption in place. I’ll be doing some reading. Further, I don’t see my employees attempting to enforce it until after the recall election, and I know for a fact they don’t want to enforce it at all. Of course, the state is using the billy club of funding. Nobody knows if that is a bluff or not. I’m a little surprised that that Lil Gavin’s goons are pushing these mandates so close to the recall. I guess they are comfortable with their fraud voting system.

Along that line, any hope for exemption due to religious beliefs? A Sikh can wear his head covering in our military due to religious beliefs so why can't this fall into an exemption due to religious beliefs?

For those in PA, here is the page for info on vaccine exemptions. Lots of good info if you are considering finding an exemption to the growing push on mandatory. http://www.vaclib.org/exempt/pennsylvania.htm _____________________________ Pledge allegiance or pack your bag! Go give blood. The Red Cross runs every sample through an antibody test because they're interested in convalescent plasma as a treatment. Sign up to do it every 52 days - it's a win/win in my opinion. You're giving blood to someone that needs it and you're getting an antibody test in 'trade'. The results are logged in their app and can be easily accessed. While we thought that covid went through our house a couple times - I've yet to have a positive antibody test despite my wife having an illness (that we all got) where she lost her sense of taste/smell. Turns out run of the mill colds still do exist. Shawn I reject your reality and substitute my own. --Adam Savage, MythBusters

The religious exemption exists, for now. Apparently it’s just a self-signed form, or so I read. I haven’t looked into it yet, but due to a PEG allergy I suspect I won’t need the religious exemption.

You are very likely to see the same kind of reasoning behind mandatory vaccination for spinal meningitis. Unlike public schools where school powers are limited by the right to a free appropriate public education, schools and universities enjoy a great deal of latitude in developing policies and procedures to safeguard “health and welfare”. Even if the school were to push back, it is likely that the Department of Education will condition the receipt of Title IV federal funding on a vaccination/immunization program. I don’t see a good path forward for student litigants. ![]()

Polio peaked at around 36 cases per 100,000 US citizens, and a death rate of about 2. https://ourworldindata.org/gra...-states?country=~USA Comparatively not that much different than the WuFlu to challenge any Polio related precedents.
