Well, it can't be anything I've never seen before, because I'd want to keep my eyes on the screen. The same goes for any subtitled films- gotta watch the screen.

Films I've seen many times are the choice. Mainly, you're listening to the dialogue and you know what's happening on the screen. I like Westerns for this especially- Rio Bravo, Shane , Hombre, Buchanan Rides Alone, One Eyed Jacks, etc.

Gangster films are good, too. Anything with Bogart, most of the earlier Eastwood films. Some of the earlier Sci-Fi/Horror films- The Thing, Them, Forbidden Planet.

Whatcha like?

Just telling my wife I need to clean some and it's too dang hot to do it outside today.

Her reply, "I don't to watch Pulp Fiction or Guardians of the Galaxy (Vol 1) again so; it's either Guardians II, Tombstone or, Silverado."

Since the Marlin 1894 is one of them, Silverado is about to start. Smile

The Lost Battalion, I've seen it so many times that I know what's going to happen though. Same thing with "To End all Wars". Adding one more, God's and Generals.

Yes, more for background dialog instead of music, and occasionally looking up at the screen. And if I'm not paying attention, it doesn't matter because I have seen it dozens of times.

Dirty Harry
Magnificent Seven
The Dirty Dozen
Kelly's Heroes

I put on the Magnificent Seven or the Godfather. Don't have to look up at the screen at all to know exactly what is going on.

Depends on what I'm cleaning, but I agree it has to be something I've seen multiple times.

Cleaning lever or pump action rifles - Tombstone
Cleaning modern semi autos - Die Hard

Just watched For a Few Dollars More. I’ve seen it a number of times, but I guess it’s my favorite of the “Man With No Name” Eastwood movies. There are certainly a few scenes worth dividing your attention.

Seriously... I know every word to every movie. Started using them as background noise in college and still do.

I know... It is unbecoming of a man.
