CQB60George Segal, 87 RIP
George Segal 87, passed today of complications from bypass surgery. Many will remember for his comedy. I recall his roles in the Quiller memorandum & King Rat. RIP Mr. Segal

SigFanThat’s a shame. I remember seeing him in “The Terminal Man” back in the ‘70’s. And of course lately he’s been on TV in “The Goldbergs”; pretty funny in that.

threefeathersHis Movie on Berlin during the Cold War was terrific. I was stationed in Berlin in 1961 and he hit the ball out of the park

mrapteam666I read about his passing via a text the other half sent me.
I enjoyed his roles in the Goldbergs and Just Shoot me.
He played so many different roles and characters. One of my favorites, even though I haven't seen it in years, is the Lost Command.
He also starred in TV Land's Retired at 35 but it only last two seasons. (Which is on Tubi TV right now). (I thought it was pretty good)
He also served in the Army and played in a band, which was called Corporal Bruno's Sad Sack Six.
