My dad is having an issue with the Facebook app for Android. It seems as though the app is no longer notifying him of the birthdays of his friends. He used to be able to click on the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines in upper right corner of the app)->Events->Calendar and it would display the upcoming birthdays, yet this no longer works. I haven't had Facebook in a few years and also use an iPhone so I'm struggling to troubleshoot his issue. If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

Edit: It appears as though I can see them if I search for the term Birthdays. I'd still like to find a way to enable notifications to be sent.
